From quality adjustments to their products to adding things that we've requested. They are a bit far away and shipping is a bit expensive for some items, but if you compare those to other on-demand providers (we've tried literally all of them, even ones you've never heard of!) these guys are the best. We needed polos and they didn't have it, after about a week or two they added them in! ![](https://secure.gravatar.com/avatar/b355a842806fd37fc5d1e8fb36486bd604ec15e2db4393a43885b6c50618722b? s=60&d=retro&r=g) ### 󠀁[Good choice.](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/good-choice-28/)󠁿 [hannavandyk](https://profiles.wordpress.org/hannavandyk/) 11 May, 2023 1 reply A good assortment of products for an online store.I like the prices. I speak with Daisy on WhatsApp often and she is very responsive and super helpful. Other POD plugins work so I know it's not my site that is the problem. Support is provided over facebook messenger, which I do not use, so it's clunky to get support. They wanted to me to send screenshots but I couldn't due to it being facebook messenger. They should consider a lot of people don't use facebook anymore and trying a different chat support solution. The support they do have on chat seems overwhelmed and can't get to answers very quickly. I gave up after over 2 hours of troubleshooting. There's no really good documentation to help so unfortunately this plugin gets a low star rating from me. I do hope they fix the problems because their products look great and the pricing is very affordable. ![](https://secure.gravatar.com/avatar/e50daf128af0b239d444b0ad5c76ad8c62bf0297d59351add7677a75f21920ed? s=60&d=retro&r=g) ### 󠀁[Amazing Service](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/amazing-service-64/)󠁿 [Jay_grkn](https://profiles.wordpress.org/jay_grkn/) 08 novèmber, 2022 Great plugin and great service – their products and customer services are exceptional! I also used some other print on demand companies before but their price was always high. They offer really fast service with the best available prices. Highly recommended!
