### SAML Single Sign On (SSO) Plugin to Simplify WordPress Login Experience

With the [**miniOrange WordPress SAML SSO plugin**](https://plugins.miniorange.com/wordpress-single-sign-on-sso?utm_source=readme&utm_medium=saml_lp&utm_campaign=wp_saml_sso),
you can enable Single Sign On (SSO) for your WordPress site. This means users can
sign in with their existing accounts from Identity Providers (IDPs) like [**Microsoft Azure AD/ Entra ID**](https://plugins.miniorange.com/saml-single-sign-on-sso-wordpress-using-azure-ad?utm_source=readme&utm_medium=azure_guide&utm_campaign=microsoft_azure),
[**Google Apps Login (Gsuite Login)**](https://plugins.miniorange.com/saml-single-sign-on-sso-wordpress-using-google-apps?utm_source=readme&utm_medium=g_suite_guide&utm_campaign=google_workspace),
[**Okta**](https://plugins.miniorange.com/saml-single-sign-on-sso-wordpress-using-okta?utm_source=readme&utm_medium=okta_guide&utm_campaign=okta),

[**Office 365 Login**](https://plugins.miniorange.com/wordpress-office-365-single-sign-on-sso-login?utm_source=readme&utm_medium=supported_idps&utm_campaign=office365),
and others without creating separate WordPress usernames and passwords.

The SAML plugin also offers **AI-assisted plugin configuration, troubleshooting,**
and **LLM-readable error logs** to quickly resolve SAML SSO login issues.

The SAML plugin makes your WordPress site function as a SAML-compliant Service Provider(
SP) by using the SAML 2.0 protocol to securely exchange authentication data with
your chosen Identity Provider (IDP). Once users are authenticated by the IDP, they
automatically gain access to your WordPress site and its resources.

### Our WP SAML SSO plugin is designed for you if you need:

 * **Instant Secure Authentication**
Users access WordPress immediately using their
existing Identity Provider (IDP) credentials without managing WordPress-specific
   passwords.
 * **Centralized Access Management**
    Control everyone’s WordPress access through
your SAML Identity Provider (IDP) security policies.
 * **Organization-Only Access**
Restrict WordPress access exclusively to verified
employees through SAML Identity Provider (IDP) authentication and MFA.
 * **AI-Powered SSO SAML Configuration & Troubleshooting**
    Use AI Abilities to
configure WordPress SAML SSO, manage role mapping and user provisioning, and
quickly fix supported SAML errors using AI tools like [ChatGPT](https://plugins.miniorange.com/setup-chatgpt-to-wordpress-abilities-api-using-mcp),
   [Claude](https://plugins.miniorange.com/connect-wordpress-with-claude-mcp-guide),
   [Cursor](https://plugins.miniorange.com/connect-wordpress-with-cursor-mcp-guide),
or Perplexity. Simplify setup, reduce troubleshooting time, and manage SSO workflows
   using natural language.
 * **Smart User Provisioning**
Automatically create WordPress accounts and assign
roles based on Identity Provider (IDP) groups and user data.
 * **Reduced Administrative Overhead**
    Eliminate manual user creation, password
resets, role assignments, and access management tasks.
 * **Flexibility Across Different Identity Providers (IDP)**
    Our [SAML](https://plugins.miniorange.com/wordpress-single-sign-on-sso)
plugin works with 100+ IDPs. Enterprises can set up Azure AD login into WordPress
for employees, while universities use WordPress Okta SSO, Google Apps SSO (Gsuite
Login), Salesforce SSO, Shibboleth SSO, OneLogin SSO, ADFS SSO, Keycloak SSO,
Office 365 Login, Auth0 SSO, Azure B2C SSO (Azure AD B2C login) or any other

### Set Up Our WP SAML Single Sign On (SSO) Plugin in Three Easy Steps

**Step 1: Install Our WordPress SAML SSO Plugin**
 Download the **WordPress SAML
SSO (Single Sign On) plugin** from the WordPress plugin directory and install it
on your WordPress site.

**Step 2: Share Your WordPress Site’s Metadata from the WP SAML Plugin with the
Identity Provider (IDP)**
Provide the **Service Provider (SP)**, i.e., your WordPress
site’s metadata URL or file, to your **Identity Provider (IDP)** to register your
WordPress site as a trusted **Service Provider (SP)**.

**Step 3: Import Your Identity Provider’s (IDP) Metadata into the SAML SSO Plugin**

Next, upload the IDP’s metadata URL or file to your WordPress site in the plugin
settings to enable secure SAML authentication.

That’s it! Your WordPress site is now secured with enterprise-grade Single Sign
On (SSO) SAML authentication. You can verify the connection by using the **Test
Configuration button** in the SAML plugin.

### Features of Our WordPress SAML Single Sign On (SSO) Plugin

**Unlimited User Authentications:** Allows an unlimited number of users to log in
through SAML SSO with your IDP authentication while maintaining optimal site performance
during peak traffic.

**Auto Login:** Automatically logs users into WordPress if they have an active [SAML](https://developers.miniorange.com/docs/saml/wordpress/Attribute-Rolemapping)
IDP session, without requiring them to re-enter the IDP credentials.

**Force Authentication:** Ensures that users authenticate via [SAML](https://developers.miniorange.com/docs/saml/wordpress/Redirection-SSO)
IDP each time they log in to the WordPress site, regardless of any active IDP session.

**Complete Site Protection:** Secures your site’s frontend pages/posts and backend
WP-Admin pages behind SAML SSO (Single Sign On) by redirecting all users to IDP
if an active session is not found on the IDP. You can add another security layer
using Media Restriction and REST API authentication.

**Automatic User Creation:** Creates new WordPress user accounts automatically on
the user’s first Single Sign On login if no account exists by syncing their profile
details from the IDP.

**Account Linking:** Enables users to log into their existing WordPress accounts
via their IDP credentials by matching their username or email in WordPress and SAML
IDP. This ensures no duplicate accounts are created.

**Just-in-Time (JIT) Profile Updation:** Updates WordPress user accounts at each
SAML SSO login (Single Sign On) by syncing data from IDP. It maps basic attributes(
username, email, first name, last name, etc.) and advanced/custom attributes (department,
phone, job title, employee ID, etc.) to maintain accurate user profiles.

**Role-based Access:** Assigns WordPress roles such as Administrator, Editor, Author,
Contributor, or Subscriber to users during WP SAML SSO login. The role assignment
is based on the group information provided by the IDP.

**Custom Login Buttons and Shortcodes:** Adds SAML SSO login buttons to the WordPress
login page or any page on the site using widgets and shortcodes. You can change
the text, font, color, and size of these buttons to match your site’s design.

**Single Logout (SLO):** Terminates a user’s session on the WordPress site and the
IDP simultaneously when logging out of either of them.

**Login Using Multiple IDPs:** Allows users to authenticate with different Identity
Providers (IDPs) when logging into WordPress. You can also set up email domain mapping
so users are automatically directed to the right IDP. For example, an organization
can easily set up Azure AD SSO (Azure Login), Azure B2C SSO, Okta SSO, or any other
IDP for employees, and use Gsuite SSO (Gsuite Login) for partners or vendors.

**Certificate Sync and Multiple Certificates:** Automatically syncs X.509 certificates
from the SAML Identity Provider (IDP), managing rollover, replacement, and addition
without disrupting the SSO connection. It also supports multiple active certificates
from the same IDP, allowing WordPress to work with custom setups or environments
where more than one certificate is in use.

**WordPress SSO on Multisite Networks:** Applies one SSO SAML configuration to all
subsites in a WordPress multisite network. This centralizes SSO management, so you
do not need to configure each subsite individually.

**Single & Multi‑Tenant Azure AD Login:** Connects both single-tenant (one directory)
and multi-tenant (multiple directories) Azure AD(Login with Azure AD) or Office
365 Login to WordPress. Users from different tenants can log in to WordPress through
Azure AD SSO using their existing accounts.

**Cross-Environment Deployment:** Supports multiple environments such as Development,
Test, and Production, allowing IT teams to configure WordPress SSO once and maintain
consistent settings across all instances.

**WP‑CLI Support:** Provides WP‑CLI commands for activating licenses, configuring
WP SAML SSO settings, importing or exporting configurations, and updating the plugin.
All key SAML SSO functions can be managed from the command line without using the
WordPress dashboard.

### Extend Your Single Sign On Experience With Our Addons

[**Real-time SCIM User Provisioning:**](https://plugins.miniorange.com/wordpress-user-provisioning?utm_source=readme&utm_medium=addons&utm_campaign=user_provisioning)
Syncs user records between the SAML IDP and WordPress in real time when the user
is created, updated, or removed to maintain accurate data and strengthen security
and efficiency.

[**Page and Post Restriction:**](https://plugins.miniorange.com/wordpress-page-restriction?utm_source=readme&utm_medium=addons&utm_campaign=page_restriction)
Controls access to your content by restricting pages and posts to specific user
roles or login status (whether a user is logged in). If an unauthorized person attempts
to view protected content, they can be automatically redirected to authenticate
via a SAML Identity Provider (IDP), the WordPress login page, or any custom URL
you specify.

[**Media Restriction:**](https://plugins.miniorange.com/wordpress-media-restriction?utm_source=readme&utm_medium=addons&utm_campaign=media_restriction)
Blocks unauthorized downloads of images, videos, and documents by allowing only
SAML SSO–verified users with proper IDP permissions to view or retrieve media files.

[**Attribute-Based Redirection:**](https://plugins.miniorange.com/wordpress-attribute-based-redirection-restriction?utm_source=readme&utm_medium=addons&utm_campaign=redirection_restriction)
Directs users to specific URLs after Single Sign On based on IDP attributes such
as role or department to ensure tailored access paths.

[**Guest User Login (Anonymous Login):**](https://plugins.miniorange.com/guest-user-login?utm_source=readme&utm_medium=addons&utm_campaign=guest_user_login)
Allows users to log in to the WordPress site without creating a WordPress user account
for them.

[**SSO Session Management:**](https://plugins.miniorange.com/sso-session-management?utm_source=readme&utm_medium=addons&utm_campaign=sso_sessions)
Sets default or role-specific session timeouts for SAML SSO users according to IDP-
assigned roles to balance convenience with security.

[**SSO Login Audit:**](https://plugins.miniorange.com/wordpress-sso-login-audit?utm_source=readme&utm_medium=addons&utm_campaign=sso_audit)
Records all user login and registration activities on your WordPress site. It generates
detailed reports that track essential information for each session, including the
user, login time, and source IP address. The addon also includes advanced search
filters for quickly locating specific events within the audit logs.

[**WordPress IP Whitelisting:**](https://plugins.miniorange.com/wordpress-ip-whitelisting?utm_source=readme&utm_medium=addons&utm_campaign=wp_ip_whitelisting)
Grants WordPress access to users with specific IPs and allows them to bypass IDP
redirection and access restricted content.

[**Profile Picture Mapping:**](https://plugins.miniorange.com/wordpress-profile-picture-map?utm_source=readme&utm_medium=addons&utm_campaign=wp_profile_map)
Imports avatar images from the IDP into WordPress profiles for authenticated users
to personalize the site experience.

[**Federation SSO:**](https://plugins.miniorange.com/wordpress-federation-single-sign-on?utm_source=readme&utm_medium=addons&utm_campaign=federation_sso)
Supports logins from multiple federated organizations, such as universities or research
consortia, by leveraging standard IDP federation protocols to unify access.

Our WordPress Single Sign On SAML plugin also integrates with third-party applications
such as [**LearnDash**](https://plugins.miniorange.com/wordpress-learndash-integrator?utm_source=readme&utm_medium=addons&utm_campaign=learndash),
[**WooCommerce**](https://plugins.miniorange.com/wordpress-woocommerce-integrator?utm_source=readme&utm_medium=addons&utm_campaign=woocommerce),
[**BuddyPress**](https://plugins.miniorange.com/wordpress-buddypress-integrator?utm_source=readme&utm_medium=addons&utm_campaign=buddypress),
[**MemberPress**](https://plugins.miniorange.com/wordpress-memberpress-integrator?utm_source=readme&utm_medium=addons&utm_campaign=memberpress),
[**Paid Memberships Pro**](https://plugins.miniorange.com/paid-membership-pro-integrator?utm_source=readme&utm_medium=addons&utm_campaign=membership_pro),
and [**more**](https://plugins.miniorange.com/wordpress-single-sign-on-sso-integrations?utm_source=readme&utm_medium=addons&utm_campaign=more),
providing a simple SAML Single Sign On (SSO) experience that lets users access courses,
online stores, community forums, membership content, and other protected resources
with a single login.

### Top Use Cases of Our WordPress SAML Single Sign On (SSO) Plugin

### Education: SSO for Schools, Universities, and Federated Institutions

Our WordPress SAML SSO plugin helps [**educational institutions**](https://plugins.miniorange.com/single-sign-on-sso-for-education-and-universities-in-wordpress?utm_source=readme&utm_medium=education_sso&utm_campaign=educational_institutions)
simplify secure access across their WordPress sites. Faculty and staff can log in
through Azure SSO, while external collaborators or research partners authenticate
using WordPress Okta SSO, Shibboleth SSO, GSuite SSO/ Google Apps SSO, and other
IDPs. This flexibility ensures universities can accommodate multiple identity providers
without creating separate WordPress accounts for every user.

Along with multiple IDPs, the WordPress SAML plugin also supports academic federations
such as InCommon, HAKA, HKAF, etc. These federations connect entire networks of
trusted institutions and allow users to authenticate with their home institution
credentials, enabling students, faculty, and researchers from partner universities
or organizations to access WordPress resources directly.

With our WordPress SAML plugin, universities can also manage [**SSO for Multisite Networks**](https://plugins.miniorange.com/wordpress-multisite-single-sign-on-sso-login?utm_source=readme&utm_medium=multisite_sso&utm_campaign=sso_multisite_networks)
more effectively, making it easy to control access across subsites such as library.
uni.edu or research.uni.edu. It further provides **Guest User Login** for temporary
access by external collaborators, ensuring consistent and secure entry to academic
resources.

### Healthcare: WordPress SSO for Hospitals, Clinics, and Medical Portals

Healthcare organizations require access controls that protect sensitive data while
remaining compliant with regulations. Our [**WordPress SAML SSO plugin for healthcare**](https://plugins.miniorange.com/wordpress-single-sign-on-sso-for-healthcare-medical-institutes?utm_source=readme&utm_medium=healthcare_sso&utm_campaign=sso_plugin_healthcare)
allows hospitals, clinics, medical portals, and other Healthcare Providers (HCPs)
to authenticate users against their existing IDPs.

The WordPress SAML SSO plugin includes advanced features such as **Force Authentication**,
which requires users outside the hospital network to authenticate with their IDP
to access organizational resources, while allowing on-site users immediate access
without re-authentication.

To further protect sensitive data, healthcare administrators can configure **Role‑
based Restrictions** that limit access to patient records, laboratory results, research
data, administrative content, and other sensitive information. This ensures that
only authorized personnel can view or manage sensitive resources while helping institutions
stay compliant with HIPAA and other healthcare data protection standards.

### WooCommerce: SSO for B2B, Institutional Buyers, and E-Commerce

For online stores, the shopping experience depends on security and convenience working
together. Our [**WordPress SAML SSO**](https://plugins.miniorange.com/wordpress-woocommerce-sso-single-sign-on?utm_source=readme&utm_medium=wp_woocommerce_sso&utm_campaign=saml_sso)
plugin integrates WooCommerce with Identity Providers (IDPs) such as Azure AD, Okta,
or even other WordPress sites, allowing customers and staff to sign in with the
same credentials they already use in their organization.

When deployed with the [**WooCommerce Integrator**](https://plugins.miniorange.com/wordpress-woocommerce-integrator?utm_source=readme&utm_medium=wp_woocommerce&utm_campaign=woocommerce_integrator),
SSO becomes part of the checkout process. Customers adding products to their carts
are prompted to authenticate, and once logged in, their account details and order
information synchronize automatically.

On the backend, manager and staff roles assigned in the IDP flow directly into WooCommerce,
granting specific access to order data, inventory, and dealer portals. With user
permissions centralized, businesses avoid duplication errors and maintain consistent
security across their e‑commerce operations.

### Multiple Site Businesses: SSO (Single Sign On) in WordPress to WordPress sites

Many businesses run multiple WordPress sites: a **main site** that stores all user
accounts and roles (customers, managers, staff), and **secondary sites** that provide
additional services and resources.

To avoid repeated logins and maintain consistent user management, the secondary
sites can act as Service Providers (SPs) using our SAML Single Sign On plugin, while
the main site serves as the Identity Provider (IDP) using the [**SAML IDP – Login with Website Users plugin**](https://wordpress.org/plugins/miniorange-wp-as-saml-idp/?utm_source=readme&utm_medium=saml_idp&utm_campaign=website_user_plugin).

When a user tries to access a secondary site, they are redirected to log in on the
main site. Upon successful authentication, their credentials, profile details, and
roles are passed back to the SP site. This provides seamless access, keeps user
data synchronized, and maintains role-based permissions across both sites without
manual account duplication.

### Enterprise: SSO with Azure AD (Microsoft Entra ID)

Our SAML SSO plugin supports both **Single-Tenant** and [**Multi-Tenant Azure AD SSO**](https://plugins.miniorange.com/wordpress-azure-office365-integrations?utm_source=readme&utm_medium=azure365_lp&utm_campaign=multi_tenant_azure),
allowing users from different Azure AD (Microsoft Entra ID) tenants, whether they
belong to separate organizations, subsidiaries, or business units, to securely log
in to WordPress using Azure AD.

To simplify user lifecycle management, the plugin offers full **SCIM Provisioning
and Deprovisioning**, automatically creating, updating, or removing WordPress accounts
whenever changes are made in Azure AD. This ensures user data and permissions remain
consistent …

## Installation

**Pre-requisites**

**WordPress 3.7 or higher. The SAML plugin is tested up to WordPress 7.0.4. PHP
5.6 or higher.**

**PHP extensions:** OpenSSL, cURL, and DOM must be enabled. OpenSSL validates the
signature on the SAML response, DOM parses the SAML assertion XML, and cURL fetches
IDP metadata. The SAML plugin cannot complete an SSO login if any of these are disabled.

**HTTPS on your WordPress site:** Most Identity Providers reject a non-HTTPS ACS(
AssertionConsumerService) URL when registering a SAML application, and the SAML
assertion carries user identity data that should only travel over an encrypted connection.
Run your site on a valid SSL certificate before setting up SAML SSO.

**A SAML 2.0 compliant Identity Provider. The plugin works with any IDP that supports
the SAML 2.0 protocol:** Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, ADFS, Google Workspace,
Keycloak, Salesforce, Shibboleth, OneLogin, PingOne, Auth0, and others. IDPs that
only support OAuth or OpenID Connect will not work with this SAML plugin.

**Administrator access to both systems:** You need a WordPress administrator account
and permission to create a SAML application at your Identity Provider, since the
setup requires exchanging metadata in both directions.

**From your WordPress dashboard**

 1. Visit Plugins > Add New.
 2. Search for `SAML SP Single Sign On`. Find and Install `SAML SP Single Sign On –
    SSO login`.
 3. Activate the SAML plugin from your Plugins page.

**From WordPress.org**

 1. Download SAML SP Single Sign On – SSO login plugin.
 2. Unzip and upload the `miniorange-saml-20-single-sign-on` directory to your `/wp-
    content/plugins/` directory.

**Activate the SAML Plugin**

 1. Go to your WordPress dashboard Plugins Installed Plugins and activate the miniOrange
    SSO using SAML 2.0 plugin
 2. Select your Identity Provider (IDP) from our [**SAML Setup Guide Library**](https://plugins.miniorange.com/wordpress-saml-guides)
and follow the step-by-step instructions to configure the connection and complete
    the SAML SSO setup.

**Configure Your WordPress Site as a SAML Service Provider**

 1. In your WordPress dashboard, go to miniOrange SAML 2.0 SSO Service Provider Metadata.
 2. Copy the SP Issuer / SP Entity ID: this is the unique identifier that represents
your WordPress site in every SAML request, SAML response, and SAML assertion, and
it is how your Identity Provider recognises which Service Provider is requesting
    authentication.
 3. Copy the ACS (AssertionConsumerService) URL, where the IDP posts the SAML response
    after authenticating the user.
 4. Paste these values into the SAML application at your Identity Provider, or upload
the SP metadata XML file if your IDP supports metadata import.

**Add Your SAML Identity Provider Details**

Go to the IDP Configuration tab. Enter the SAML details supplied by your Identity
Provider:

 1. **Identity Provider Name:** any label of your choice, such as Azure AD, Okta, or
Company SSO. This name identifies the SAML connection inside the plugin and is
used in the SAML SSO login link.
 2. **IdP Entity ID or Issuer:** the unique identifier of your Identity Provider. The
SAML plugin uses it to confirm that each incoming SAML assertion was issued by
    the expected IDP.
 3. **SAML Login URL:** the SAML SSO endpoint where the SAML authentication request
is sent. Use the SAML login endpoint from your IDP, not the IDP’s ordinary user
    login page.
 4. **X.509 Certificate:** the public signing certificate from your Identity Provider,
used to validate the signature on every SAML response. Paste it including the —–
BEGIN CERTIFICATE—– and —–END CERTIFICATE—– lines.
 5. Click Save, then click Test Configuration to confirm the SAML SSO connection and
view the attributes sent by your IDP.

Alternatively, click Upload IDP Metadata to import your Identity Provider’s metadata
XML file or metadata URL, and the SAML issuer, login URL, and X.509 certificate
are filled in automatically.

**Character Encoding for the SAML Certificate**

If your X.509 certificate is rejected or the SAML response fails signature validation,
disable the Character encoding option in the IDP Configuration tab. It converts
the SAML certificate to UTF-8 so every browser and PHP configuration reads it identically,
and it clears most invalid certificate and signature verification errors during
SAML SSO login.

**Assertion Time Validity**

Every SAML assertion carries a validity window. If the clock on your WordPress server
differs from the clock at your Identity Provider, a valid SAML login can still fail
with an assertion expired or NotOnOrAfter error. Increase the assertion time validity
value (in minutes) to cover the clock difference between your WordPress site and
your SAML IDP, then retry the SSO login. Keep the window as short as your environment
allows, since a shorter SAML assertion validity period is the more secure setting.

**Default Role Mapping for SAML SSO Users**

 1. Go to the Attribute / Role Mapping tab.
 2. Set the Default Role: the WordPress role assigned to every new user created through
    SAML SSO, typically Subscriber.
 3. Save. New users are now provisioned automatically on their first SAML SSO login
    with the role you selected.

**Add the SAML SSO Button, Login URL, and Widget**

Open the Redirection & SSO Links tab to choose how users start a SAML SSO login:

 1. **SAML SSO button:** enable the option to add a Single Sign On button on the WordPress
login page, so users can launch SAML SSO directly from wp-login.php.
 2. **SAML SSO login URL:** copy the SSO link generated in this tab and use it in a
menu item, a post, a page, a custom template. Opening that URL starts the SAML
SSO flow with your configured IDP.
 3. **Widget: go to Appearance** Widgets and place the SAML login widget in your sidebar
or footer to expose an SSO login link across the site. Your theme must support
    widget areas.

**Common errors while installations**

 * **Why are the images not displaying properly in the free plugin after version
   4.9.30?**
 * Cause: If you are experiencing broken images in the SAML SSO free plugin for
WordPress after updating to version 4.9.30 or higher, it is because the images
in the plugin have been converted to .webp format due to which server rules are
applied by the hosting provider that might be blocking/deleting the .webp images.
Solution: IIS (Internet Information Services) was blocking the .webp images,
to resolve this issue, we recommend you to add the following code snippet in
   the web.config file. `<staticContent> <mimeMap fileExtension=".webp" mimeType
   ="image/webp" /> </staticContent>`
 * **Why do I see an update notice for the plugin when I’m using the latest free
   version?**
 * If you’re using the latest free version of our plugin and are hosted on WP Engine
with Smart Plugin Manager enabled, you might see a false update notice for the
paid plugin. This notice is incorrect and does not mean there’s a new version
available for the free plugin. Reason: WP Engine’s Smart Plugin Manager occasionally
misidentifies the paid plugin as an update for the free plugin. This is due to
how it scans and compares plugins, even when they are separate products. Solution:
You can safely ignore the update notice if you are using the free plugin.

**Abilities API Setting**

 1. Connect AI agents like [Chatgpt](https://plugins.miniorange.com/setup-chatgpt-to-wordpress-abilities-api-using-mcp),

to your WordPress site using our SAML plugin. If your WordPress version is below
7.0, please install the WordPress MCP Adapter before starting the integration.
 2. In your WordPress dashboard, navigate to miniOrange SAML 2.0 SSO Abilities API
Settings and enable the Abilities API (MCP Public) option to allow AI agents to
    access your WordPress site.

**Abilities Description**

**Fix SAML SSO errors**

 1. mo-saml/fix-wpsamlerr010: fixes error WPSAMLERR010 by correcting the Entity ID,
resolving the mismatch between the issuer value sent in the SAML response and the
    one saved in the plugin.
 2. mo-saml/fix-wpsamlerr012: fixes error WPSAMLERR012 by applying iconv character
encoding to the X.509 certificate, so the SAML certificate is converted to UTF-
8 and the SAML response signature validates correctly.

**View your SAML SSO configuration**

 1. mo-saml/show-sso-configurations: displays your current SAML SSO configuration settings.
 2. mo-saml/get-idp-name: returns the name of the SAML Identity Provider configured
    in the plugin.

We have used miniOrange for years. For some reason, this year, we had a licensing
and upgrade issue. We paid for the license, but it wasn't registering. We noticed
it a day before it was set to expire. We were very fortunate to have Vikram – who
clearly knows his stuff – assist, and in short order everything was working, and
there was no loss of service. We will continue to use miniOrange – there are other
options, but they don't come with the excellent support.
